In addition, it is necessary to actively establish computer management information systems and electronic data exchange systems with unified standard data that are supported by highways, waterways, customs, agencies, storage yards and other related departments.

Multimodal transport can increase the speed of cargo transportation, reduce transportation costs, and play an extremely important role in improving logistics efficiency. Railways, highways, and waterways should break down their respective industry barriers, actively develop a combined transportation network of railways, highways, and waterways, and form a multimodal transport system.
